Go through the training. Follow along with the video. Try playing your first song. If after giving it an honest attempt you're not happy with your progress, just send us a quick message within 14 days telling us what didn't work for you.

How to Request a Refund

We'll Confirm Receipt
You'll receive a confirmation within 1-2 business days that we've received your request and are processing it.
Refund Processed
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
What's Covered
Our 14-day money-back guarantee applies to:
- Same Day Guitarist main training program
- Any bonus materials included with your purchase
- Order bumps and upsells purchased at the same time
- Any other Lean Guitarist digital products with stated guarantees
Time Limit
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of your original purchase date. The date of purchase is when your payment was processed, as shown in your order confirmation email.
After 14 days, we are unable to offer refunds as the guarantee period has expired. We encourage you to try the program within the first two weeks so you can make an informed decision.

Set aside 90 minutes on the day you purchase to go through the main training. This way, you'll know right away if it's working for you, and you'll have plenty of time within the guarantee period if you need a refund.
Why We Ask for Feedback
When you request a refund, we ask you to briefly share what didn't work for you. Here's why:

This isn't about making you justify your refund. It's simply our way of learning and improving. A single sentence is fine.
Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
If you've purchased a subscription product (such as a membership):
- You may cancel at any time to stop future billing
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period
- The 14-day guarantee applies to your first payment only

Exceptions
While we aim to be fair and generous with refunds, we reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of:
- Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period
- Multiple refund requests from the same person across different purchases
- Evidence of abuse (such as downloading all materials then requesting a refund)
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting us for a refund

After Your Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your access to the purchased product will be revoked
- Any downloaded materials should be deleted
- You'll receive an email confirmation of your refund
- The refund will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days
