7 Product Access and Delivery

Technical Issues and Resolution

Non-receipt of download links is not grounds for an automatic refund. In the event of missing download links or delivery issues, please:

9 Refunds (No Refunds)

As our products are digital and downloaded immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns for any purchase.

Unlike a subscription service where future payments can be cancelled, this is a one-time purchase that gives you lifelong access to the product. Once you have downloaded the digital files, it is not possible for us to "take back" the product. By completing your purchase, you gain immediate access to your Digital Product, which counts as delivery, and you explicitly waive any applicable cooling-off period under your local consumer rights. It is your responsibility to understand your consumer rights before purchasing.
